Affidea to acquire Fortius Clinic.

Affidea, a European provider of diagnostic imaging, outpatient and cancer care services, agreed to acquire Fortius Clinic, the UK’s single largest orthopaedic group with an international reputation in orthopaedics and MSK. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It is a proud moment for us. This acquisition represents a significant step in our growth journey, as it adds one more geography to the existing 15 countries where we operate," Giuseppe Recchi, Affidea Group CEO.
