PDG to acquire Motorcycle Storehouse from Nedvest.

Powersports Distribution Group, a European group active in the distribution of parts and accessories for motorcycles, agreed to acquire Motorcycle Storehouse, a provider of motorcycle aftermarket parts and lifestyle products, from Nedvest Capital, a venture capital firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “PDG is highly impressed by MCS, the width and depth of their product assortment, their ability to create a large and loyal fanbase and their state-of-the-art operations and warehouse in Groningen. Their impressive leadership position in the Harley Davidson niche segment will further establish the position of PDG as a European market leader.
