Cadence Growth Capital, a private equity firm, led a €40m ($48m) Series D funding round in tink, a German-based IoT commerce platform. The round had participation from investors Rocket Internet and SevenVentures. "With a turnover of €66m in 2020, we have reached our growth targets faster than planned. With the size of the company, we can now finance ourselves from our operating business. With this risk profile and our current size, we have outgrown traditional venture capital financing," Julian Hueck, Tink COO and Co-Founder.
