Pfingsten, an operationally oriented private equity firm focused on building better businesses, completed its acquisition of Omega Systems Consultants, a provider of IT services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We started to pursue a platform investment within managed IT services over 18 months ago and Omega is a perfect match to our criteria.
