Exchanger Industries completed the acquisition of HRS.

Exchanger Industries, a designer and manufacturer of heat transfer equipment, completed the acquisition of HRS Heat Exchangers, a provider of heat exchangers and custom process systems to the environmental, food, beverage, chemical and pharmaceutical sectors.
