Portag3 Ventures, a venture capital firm, and Aquiline Capital Partners, a provider of private capital, led a $95m funding round in Pledg, a France-based payment solutions SAAS developer. Additional investors include Smart Lenders Asset Management, Financière Arbevel and ODDO BHF. Proceeds will be used as the company aims to multiply its transaction volumes by 10 and triple its workforce by the end of 2021.
