Initiative & Finance and Bpifrance to invest £43m in Santarelli Group.

Initiative & Finance,an investor specializing in the transfer of SMEs, and Bpifrance, a French public investment bank, agreed to invest £43m in Santarelli Group, a provider of legal services specialised in Intellectual property. “Our merger is a magnificent opportunity to take a central position in the industrial property attorney market in France.
