Synopsis

Edit

Kallista Energy, an independent French renewable energy producer, agreed to acquire a 40% stake in Windpark Krammer, an onshore wind farm of 102 MW, from Enercon, a wind turbine manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Windpark Krammer illustrates perfectly how enterprising spirit combined with expert wind technology can enable thousands of inhabitants to act for energy transition in their region. We are very proud to have been chosen by Enercon to succeed them in one of the most emblematic wind farms in the Netherlands and very enthusiastic to be involved in this project alongside the Deltawind and Zeeuwind cooperatives. The long-term commitment of Kallista Energy and of its institutional shareholders is perfectly aligned with the vision of the other partners in this project," Frédéric Roche, Kallista Energy President.
