The Jordan Company to acquire AIT Worldwide Logistics from Quad-C Management for $1.2bn.

The Jordan Company, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire AIT Worldwide Logistics, a freight forwarder, from Quad-C Management for $1.2bn. "We are excited that AIT's leadership selected TJC as their partner in this recapitalization. We strongly believe in the team's vision for continued growth in core freight forwarding services, as well as specialized supply chain solutions with an emphasis on trade between Asia, Europe and North America—all with a continued focus on their customers' needs," Brian Higgins, The Jordan Company Head of logistics and supply chain vertical.
