ATP Adhesive Systems to acquire BDK.

Synopsis

ATP Adhesive Systems, a provider of high-performing water-based adhesive tapes, agreed to acquire BDK, a manufacturer of engineered adhesive components and tape converters. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am excited for BDK to become part of ATP – whose DNA is very similar to ours and focusses around offering the best solution to our customers,” Nick Falconer, BDK CEO.
