Scope Group completed the acquisition of Euler Hermes Rating from Euler Hermes and Allianz Group.

Scope Group, a provider of independent credit ratings, completed the acquisition of Euler Hermes Rating, an independent European rating agency, from Euler Hermes and Allianz Group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
