AURELIUS completed the acquisition of the European consumer batteries unit of Panasonic.

AURELIUS, an asset management group with offices in five European countries, completed the acquisition of the European consumer batteries unit of Panasonic, a major Japanese multinational electronics company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I welcome Panasonic Consumer Energy to AURELIUS and look forward to supporting the management team in the next phase of our joint journey.
