The Sapir Organization, a multidisciplinary real estate investor, operator and developer, and 8F Investment Partners, a global diversified group, offered to acquire Columbia Property Trust, an office buildings operator, for $2.4bn. “We believe our proposal gives the company’s stockholders -- many of whom have already suffered through years of value erosion -- an attractive opportunity to obtain immediate liquidity at a full and fair valuation,” The investor group.
