Blue Point completed the acquisition of Weaver Leather from River Associates for $100m.

Blue Point, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Weaver Leather, a manufacturer of leather products, from River Associates, a longstanding lower middle market private equity firm, for $100m. “We are thrilled to be able to invest alongside management to support Weaver in building on its rich history of success.
