Xavier Martinez, a businessman, agreed to acquire subsidiaries in the United States, Mexico, Colombia and Chile of Go Fruselva, a company engaged in development, production and product management as fruit purees, vegetables, dairy, functional products, smoothies, juices, nectars and fruit drinks. Financial terms were not disclosed.
