DIF Capital Partners to acquire Poland projects of OX2.

DIF Capital Partners, an independent infrastructure fund manager, agreed to acquire Poland projects of OX2, a firm that develops, builds and manages renewable power generation. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am very happy to welcome DIF Capital Partners as a new partner with its extensive experience from long-term investments in renewable energy projects. Our partnership is a significant step in OX2’s ongoing expansion in Poland.
