Silverfleet to acquire ec4u and Bulpros for €100m.

Silverfleet, a private equity investment firm, agreed to acquire ec4u, a consulting company in the areas of customer relationship management, and Bulpros, a provider of customized solutions with a focus on IT & BPO consulting, for €100m ($119m) and to merge both firms together upon completion.
