Providence-backed Ambassador Theatre Group, a major international theatre, completed the acquisition of the three high​-end venues, including Fisher Theatre, Golden Gate Theatre and Orpheum Theatre, from Nederlander, an operator of live theatres and music venues. Financial terms were not disclosed. "These unique venues have been home to Broadway’s greatest shows, serving local and regional audiences for generations.
