Alpha Growth completed the acquisition of Northstar Group (Bermuda).

Alpha Growth, a financial advisory business, completed the acquisition of Northstar Group (Bermuda), a Bermuda based holding company and its wholly owned insurance company, Providence Life Assurance Company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
