Chocolates Valor to acquire Imperial from Vallis Capital Partners.

Chocolates Valor, a chocolate manufacturer, agreed to acquire Imperial, a chocolate manufacturer, from Vallis Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
