Computacenter completed the acquisition of ITL logistics from Interseroh.

Computacenter, a provider of IT infrastructure services, completed its acquisition of ITL logistics, a German-based medium-sized IT logistics company, from Interseroh, a provider of waste management services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very happy because ITL logistics is the perfect strategic addition to our Logistics & Technical Services division. With the purchase of ITL logistics, Computacenter will expand its portfolio of deliveries to customers in Europe with its own logistics fleet," Reiner Louis, Computacenter Managing Director.
