Mubadala Capital, an investment company, agreed to acquire RLAM refinery, a Brazilian oil refinery, from Petrobras, a state-owned Brazilian multinational corporation in the petroleum industry, for $1.65bn. On June 10, 2021, Brazil antitrust body approves Petrobras refinery sale to Mubadala.
