Warner Music completed the acquisition of Zhara Music.

Warner Music, an American multinational entertainment and record label conglomerate, completed the acquisition of Zhara Music, a company which operates in Russian music industry. Financial terms were not discoed. “EMIN and Bahh Tee have poured their hearts and souls into building a label.
