Madera Residential completed the acquisition of Alexan Southside from Trammell Crow Residential.

Madera Residential, a property investment company, completed the acquisition of Alexan Southside, a 270-unit apartments, from Trammell Crow Residential, a provider of real estate services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Alexan Southside benefits from a core, infill location within Houston between the affluent neighborhoods of West University Place and Bellaire and is less than three miles west of the Texas Medical Center (TMC), the largest medical center in the world."
