Go Global Retail to acquire Janie and Jack from Gap.

Go Global Retail, a brand investment platform, agreed to acquire Janie and Jack, a provider of premium children's fashion products, from Gap, a collection of lifestyle brands. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our team of experienced retail and brand practitioners will complement the existing dynamic management team in areas of digital strategy, international business development, supply chain and global operations," Christian Feuer, Go Global Managing Director.
