Valedo Partners-backed Norva24 completed the acquisition of MAYER Kanalmanagement.

Valedo Partners-backed Norva24, a provider of industrial services in the pipe inspection, treatment, and control industry, completed the acquisition of MAYER Kanalmanagement, an operator in the field of sewer technology and maintenance of underground infrastructure.
