Euroclear, a financial services company, completed the acquisition of MFEX Mutual Funds Exchange, an expert in global fund distribution, from Nordic Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Over the past years, we have together with Nordic Capital invested in our platform and continued to transform the fund distribution proposition.
