Accel-KKR completed the acquisition of Navis, a provider of operational technologies and services, from Cargotec, a Finnish company that makes cargo-handling machinery for ships, ports, terminals and local distribution, for $448m. “With the addition of Navis to the AKKR portfolio, we’re building on a strong foundation and extending capabilities to deliver greater value and more actionable insights for supply chain stakeholders,” Park Durrett, Accel-KKR Managing Director.
