Quisitive completed the acquisition of BankCard USA for $120m.

Quisitive Technology Solutions, a digital technology consulting firm, completed the acquisition of BankCard USA Merchant Services, a provider of end-to-end electronic payment products and services, for $120m. “Our team is proud to be joining Quisitive at this major inflection point, as they turn the corner into the full commercialization of LedgerPay and launch what is going to be a major industry innovation.
