MC Global Edtech Investment Holdings led a $460m Series F funding round in Byju's, an Indian multinational educational technology and online tutoring firm. The round was joined by B Capital, Baron, XN Exponent, Arison, TCDS India, T. Rowe Price, Prudential, Silver Lake, Owl Ventures, GSV, Footpath, TIGA, Disruptive Technology and Olay. The amount raised in this round will be used for working capital requirements and business expansion.
