PPH to acquire the Iceland unit of Domino's Pizza for £13.7m.

PPH, an investment vehicle, agreed to acquire the Iceland unit of Domino's Pizza, an American multinational pizza restaurant chai, for £13.7m. The disposal of Domino's Iceland is part of the planned exit from all directly operated international markets to allow management to focus on its core UK and Ireland operations, as announced by the Company in October 2019 and follows the exit in 2020 from Domino's Norway and the announcement on 8 March 2021 of the exit from Domino's Sweden
