Intesa Sanpaolo, an Italian international banking group, completed the acquisition of the remaining 35% stake in Pramerica, an Italian asset management company, from Prudential Financial, an insurance company, at a €492m valuation. The transaction reflects Intesa Sanpaolo’s commitment to being one of Europe’s leading Wealth Management and Protection companies and supports the Group’s business model of fully owning its product factories.
