Polaris to acquire a 57.5% stake in Sinful for $53.8m

Polaris, a Nordic private equity company, agreed to acquire a 57.5% stake in Sinful, a Scandinavian e-commerce business within adult toys and related products, for $53.8m. The transaction is conditional upon approval by the relevant authorities.
