Quadrant Private Equity, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of the capital projects advisory business, a provider of public infrastructure advisory services in Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia, of Worley, a locally owned public listed company, deriving revenue from the provision of mining engineering, project management and consulting services for A$48m. The Sydney buyout firm is expected to help the consultancy firm identify and seal more acquisitions over the next 18-months, to put a rocket under its growth.
