Kinderhook completed the acquisition of Cameron W&C.

Kinderhook, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of Cameron Wire & Cable, a distributor of specialty wire and cable. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Partnering with Kinderhook will allow us to accelerate our growth plan in Cameron’s core and adjacent industry verticals.
