Investcorp completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Investis Digital from ECI Partners.

Investcorp, a global manager of alternative investment products, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Investis Digital, a global digital communications company, from ECI Partners, a growth focused private equity group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
