Tricentis to acquire Neotys.

Tricentis, a testing platform for modern cloud and enterprise applications, agreed to acquire Neotys, a performance testing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition, Tricentis will further expand its AI-driven, end-to-end continuous testing platform to offer the most comprehensive testing solution to accelerate software delivery and innovation.
