Wipro completed the acquisition of Ampion for $117m.

Wipro, a company providing IT and computer related technologies, completed the acquisition of Ampion, an Australian provider of cyber security, DevOps and quality engineering services, for $117m. “I am excited to welcome Ampion to the Wipro family.
