A consortium led by Blackstone Infrastructure Partners to acquire US motorways business from Autogrill for $375m.

A consortium led by Blackstone Infrastructure Partners, an infrastructure asset manager, agreed to acquire US motorways business from Autogrill, an Italian multinational company, operates in various countries offering food and beverage and retail services, for $375m. Other bidders include Applegreen, an operator of service stations, and B&J Holdings. The parties expect to close the transaction in summer of 2021, subject to receipt of necessary governmental approvals as well as consent from landlords.
