Francisco Partners completed the acquisition of BARBRI from Leeds Equity Partners.

Francisco Partners, a global investment firm, completed the acquisition of BARBRI, a bar review course provider, from Leeds Equity Partners, a New York-based private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
