Prosus to acquire an additional 8.18% stake in Delivery Hero.

Prosus, the international internet assets division of Naspers, agreed to acquire an additional 8.18% stake in Delivery Hero, a European multinational online food-delivery service based in Berlin. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Growing its position in online food ordering and delivery is consistent with Prosus's strategy to invest in platforms with global potential that offer online marketplace services in high-growth markets. The increased stake in Delivery Hero adds to the group's investments in iFood in Latam and Swiggy in India," Prosus.
