Stellex Capital Management, a provider of investment services, completed the acquisition of conveying businesses in United States and Australia from Komatsu, a company that manufactures construction, mining, forestry and military equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a great opportunity for our conveying teams in the US and Australia to be part of a new organization with a partner committed to investing in its growth.
