Grupo BC completed the acquisition of Legal Business Services Advisors from Magnum Capital.

Grupo BC, a provider of banking process outsourcing services, completed the acquisition of Legal Business Services Advisors (Lexer), a legal advisory firm, from Magnum Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. With Lexer, Grupo BC substantially increases its range of services in Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru and Brazil, where it currently only provides technology services.
