The joint venture between Certis, a security and property services provider, and Lendlease Property Trust, an Australian property fund, agreed to acquire Certis Cisco Centre for S$150m ($110m). “We are looking to redevelop the site, which is within close proximity of Paya Lebar Quarter, into a green and sustainable development, optimising building technologies and digitalisation,” Ng Hsueh Ling, Lendlease Managing Director for Singapore and CIO for Asia.
