Cerberus-backed National Dentex to acquire Dental Services Group.

Cerberus-backed National Dentex, the largest network of fully-owned dental labs in the United States, agreed to acquire Dental Services Group, a growing network of dental laboratories across North America. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Together, through our advanced technology and with the industry’s top talent, we believe we are creating one of the strongest dental lab companies in the world.
