High Point Financial Services to merge with Durand Bancorp.

High Point Financial Services, a parent company of Solutions Bank, agreed to merge with Durand Bancorp, a parent company of Durand State Bank. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We believe this combination will better align our resources, enhance our financial strength, and expand our product offerings and technology solutions, all of which will allow us to even better-serve our customers and communities," Kathy Sutherland, Durand President & CEO.
