Lineage Logistics, a warehousing and logistics company, completed the acquisition of Marc Villeneuve, a cold storage distribution service provider, and 9335-2870 Québec. Financial terms were not disclosed. As a result of the acquisition, Lineage will now have a direct-to-store distribution service in Quebec and will add 6.8k additional pallet positions to its global footprint.
