The Ardonagh Group-backed Atlanta Group, a digital multi-brand personal insurance broker, completed the acquisition of Marmalade, a telematics broker. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Here at Marmalade we’re delighted to become part of the Atlanta Group, and excited for the future.
