Lincoln Electric completed the acquisition of Zeman Bauelemente.

Lincoln Electric, an American multinational and a global manufacturer of welding products and arc welding equipment, completed the acquisition of Zeman Bauelemente, a designer and manufacturer of robotic assembly and arc welding systems that automate the tacking and welding of steel beams.
