Align Capital-backed Alliance Technical Group completed the acquisition of EMSI.

Align Capital-backed Alliance Technical Group, a provider of air quality testing, monitoring and source emissions testing services, completed the acquisition of Emission Monitoring Service, a provider of leak detection and repair services to ensure customers’ compliance with state and federal emissions regulations. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Becoming part of Alliance allows EMSI access to resources, technology, and personnel that will enhance our employee and customer growth opportunities.
